Either one works and both come to the same place. Use whichever you already have signed in.

Pay what you like. There is no suggested amount you are supposed to feel bad about, no tier that unlocks anything, and nothing is held back from anyone who gives nothing. The download is the same file either way.

Why there is a donate page at all

TG Studios is one person. Every tool on this site exists because the accessible version of it did not, and each one takes months of evenings.

What comes in pays for the parts that are not free to make: code signing so Windows stops warning people about the installer, the Apple developer account for the Mac builds, the server this site and the update channel run on, and the voice rendering behind the spoken audio in a couple of the apps.

Anything past that goes into the next tool.

Other ways to help, all of them free

Money is genuinely not the only useful thing, and for most people it is not the best one.

• Tell me it is broken. Bug reports from screen reader users are the ones that actually change the software. Several of the features on this site exist because somebody wrote in and said a control read wrong. info@tonygebhard.me
• Tell somebody else it exists. Send the page rather than the file, so people land somewhere that gets updates.
• Leave a review where you found it, if you found it somewhere.

Questions

Is any of this a subscription? No. It is one payment, whenever you feel like making one, and there is nothing to cancel.

Do I get anything for it? No, and that is deliberate. The moment a donation buys a feature, the free version becomes the crippled one.

Can I give on behalf of an organisation? Yes. If you need an invoice or a W-9 for it, write to info@tonygebhard.me and I will sort it out.

Your receipt comes by email, from Stripe or from PayPal depending on which you used. If anything looks wrong, tell me and I will fix it: info@tonygebhard.me.
